post wedding workout
It is wedding season and I just came back from a pretty epic one. I definitely packed on a little weight (in my defense I was celebrating from Wednesday - Sunday) and my body is aching from head to toe..... the toe is quite literal. I still can't feel my second toe from my shoes. There was lots of jumping and what I consider dancing... but is really just jumping and flailing. My calves hurt and I'm not feeling too toned.
I just saw that the lovely Adriene uploaded a new video and it is exactly what I needed! It stretches the calves and hamstrings and also has a little core work out! I highly recommend it even if you're not recuperating from a wedding. Enjoy + namaste loves!
